Has anyone purchased a Kobo ereader? Do you know how is their customer service?
I am asking because Kobo Glo is available very cheap on eBay KOBO Glo Black | eBay Mobile
But there is no information anywhere about their quality of service as compared to Amazon. It is cheaper as well as better than the new Kindle basic that Amazon has announced.
