Help needed in configuring DSL502T for Bsnl broadband

Hi guys.
I recently bought a DSL 502T Router i need help in comfiguring it for bsnl broadband.when i called the techsupport they didnt answer me problem.Bsnl has asked to change the following settings

PPPoe/PPPoa
VPI 0
VCI 35

whenever i change them in the wizard it says VPI&VCI already assigned

please send me breif note on how configure it for bsnl as soon possible

Its not that easy, u will hav to call the tech guy at bsnl service no, and follow the procedure he tells to u. Believe me i hav done all that. 8)

I dont know for bsnl, but for mtnl its 1500, but the guy who came to install the router must have given u someone's number? :roll:
