Help: mtnl net connection freezes

i've recently got my new mtnl triband connection (NU plan)
but whenever i use Azureus 2.4.0.2 to download files my net connection simply freezes & Az doesnt respond....
it shows this error msg whn i restart Az...

Az did not shutdown tidily.Check C:\...\Az\logs\save for diagnostic log files.

also on Wiki i got following info

Check hs_err_pid<nnn>.log files in the Azureus directory 
Identify the failing dll 
niphk.dll: you might have to uninstall Norman Anti-virus completely. 
jvm.dll or ntdll.dll: raise the issue with Sun ( *bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/index.jsp ) 
nvappfilter.dll: please uninstall the NVidia Firewall 
netdog.dll : Armor2net personal firewall 
vlsp.dll : Venturi firewall software 
imon.dll : configure NOD32 
sarah.dll : FRITZ! Application Layer Firewall 
Check the crash dump for "problematic stack frame"

but i cant find that particular log file & hence caqnt solve d problem also .
plz help

switching to diff torrent didnt help either.....
connection still freezes after sometimes
however no problems while surfing though

hey buddy dont blame on mtnl i also have the same plan but it never freezes morpheus or edonkey or utorrent i use it is possibly because of the software tru reinstalling it or use a diff software like edonkey

i've tried using diff client also (bit tornado) but still the problem persists.....

just download utorrent its quick and very small try it i also use the plan it never freezes and if the problem starts after adding some specific torrent link then the problem might be with torrent file

but i dnt think its bcoz of torrent file as not only dwnld stops but i cant surf also
