I would Like to Run an e-Commerce website for Pakistani Users, I have 2 options:


1 ) Establish a company in USA and provide services for Pakistani users .
2 ) Establish a company in Pakistan for Pakistani users.

Now kindly tell me the best option for me And what are the pros and cons.

What type of E-commerce? Retail? If yes, then stuff like books or electronic items like gadgets, mobiles, computer hardware et cetera.

I think you have different product or service prices as par the you have mentioned. If so you can choose domains like with .com and .pk and as par the visitor's location he/she will be redirected to the corresponding site as par the region and avail the products and services.
