1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: To calculate high volume data in EXCEL and in ACCESS. The data volume is near about 80 to 90 lakhs

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Budget not a constraint.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: yes for extreme performance

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:WIN 7 64 BIT

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: WD 1 TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I have MONITOR of 23" from Dell running at 2048 x 1152.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:I need only PROCESSOR, MOTHERBOARD AND RAM and a CPU COOLER.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:as soon as it is finalized here.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: by me only

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:kolkata. Local buying is first preference. open to online also.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:this is going to be a purely data handling system and it should be very very fast. Innumerable kinds of Access queries will run in the system with data volume of 80 to 90 lakhs per INSTANCE.i.e. 4 to 5 instances of ACCESS will run simultaneously with those big queries. Any kind of copy paste operations should be tremendous fast. OS response needs to be very very prompt. Large v-lookups will be done in EXCEL with 8 lakhs vs 9 lakhs of data. In a nut shell this system should not become a Performance challenged even in a 24x7 scenario.

no one to suggest?

This will suffice your needs perfectly. The Processor is a 6 Core with HT hence 12 threads in Total + unlocked Multi for OC coupled with a Liquid Cooler which is best in market to OC it easily to 5GHz+. This will be trailblazing fast.

BUDGET is not a matter as this will be needed by my office which is a MNC. They want performance only.

You have given GPU for the display purpose only i think.

Will NOCTUA DH14 be better?

Yep depending upon need buy a SSD with suitable Capacity. Read / Write speeds will improve drastically and will help with bigger files opening / Saving times.

BMG ftw!!
Get a Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD
or
120GB Vertex3.

About cooler, get a NH-U2P SE2. As you are saying its for office environment, then I guess, OC'ing is really, out of scope. :D So, no need of getting a D14 or H100 unless, you want to waste companies money. ;)

About processor + motherboard:
Think about 3960X + Asus P9X79 Deluxe combo.
That would create a power house. I'm suggesting this combo because its the money of your mnc you are talking about. ;)
