Make Recovery DVD for Re-Installation in the future.

You can do it using windows 7 itself. Follow this:

Step 1: Goto Start --->type backup

Step 2: Click on Backup and Restore to open it.

Step 3: Now Create a Backup DVD. [ you can re-install windows 7 using this DVD later ]

You need to make more partitions right?? Just right click on your 583gB partition (suppose C: ) and select resize.. Remember to resize very carefully... If you have 100gb data in that partition then resize it to greater than 100gb... after you have resized, you will get free space.. if you have resized C: to 110gb.. then free space will be 583-110gb = 473gb.. now you can create more partitions out of that 473gb... hope this helps...

er, thats the C, system partition.

i'd NEVER recommend doing that within windows.

he is better off doing that from Gparted within linux
