Google car. will it work in India?

personally I am very excited about this. It may still take decades for it to come to India. But still, it sounds totally life changing, atleast to me.

Well I see this being compulsory 20-25 years down the line, at least in all the developed countries. There will no longer be any road accidents.

Well its a car after all........it can run on any average road otherwise no point in making one

I would rather see this technology on public transport than a private one.

I would never let someone else to drive my car, let alone let the car drive itself.

But promising technology. I would like driver aids to come up in cars first, but those are restricted to super expensive cars for now.

But nice to see this tech. Awesome !

its gr8 if your travelling long distance and are too tired or sleepy to drive...switch auto-drive...goto sleep...get up...back to manual driving.

they started out so well.
now all they care about is revenues and ads.

the consumer is left to rot.

project is old, but the new thing AFAIK is that its running on public roads now. And its achieved over 200,000 miles on public roads without a single accident. Which is totally awesome!
