Nokia 6030. My current mobile. I'm so in love in that mobile that I'm delaying my next phone (the Apple iPhone) purchase. It should cost you less than Rs 2.5k.

Good thing abt it is you get the keypad like other high cost models with the 2 control, green/red, 5 way navigational keys. Looks good too. Comes in Cream, Black, Gray colours. And ohh yeah, she can listen to FM while she's cooking.

the Motorola W180 not bad either- a loud speakerphone, FM reciever, not so bad lookin and will cost u 1600 wonly [subhiksha price]

i think 1600 satisfy all your requirements and it is also very cheap
its reception quality is also good
so IMO you should go with this
and if you want spend some more money then bye e250 which is also good phone with some more good features
