1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:far cry primal, witcher 3,hitman, and also learning to develop games in unity (just for android)

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: max50k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:nope.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:windows 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1tb

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:yes.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?

Choice and money is yours boss, you can buy whatever you want to buy. You asked for suggestion and we're giving. Taking or leaving is upto you.
You don't like to go with AMD, want to stick with Intel?

Which way you want to lean, more computing power or more graphic power?

More computing power, stick with the suggested Ryzen. More graphic power, go with Pentium G4560 and RX570/1060 3GB

So I'll stick with this suggested ryzen build
Ryzen 5 1400
Asus Prime A320M K
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4
Seasonic ECO 430w
Generic cabinet
1050Ti 4GB
WD 1 TB Blue 7200RPM
Dell SE2216H
Logitech KB & Mouse Combo
And for cabinet, is this good?Corsair SPEC-01
And lastly with this build,can I get a decent frame rate on modern titles in high settings??and thanks in advance mahhnn

You'll have to tone down the settings a bit to medium to enjoy 60+ fps for newer games. If you can increase the budget, try to get a RX 570. If not, get the cheapest 4GB 1050Ti and use remaining money on a good cabinet.

Will try my best to best to get RX 570.if I got one will this 440w PSU will be enough to power this one??

Try to get 3000 MHz ram since there is very less difference in price and Ryzen favours higher clocked ram.

Also, get a freesync monitor like LG 22MP68VQ instead of Dell S2216H since you are getting a RX 570 (costs just 100 Rs more on mdcomputers than the monitor in the pic)

Hey I just bought an Sapphire RX 570 Pulse for 15000 at Vedant Computers - Shop online for computer hardware, laptop, accessories etc.

You may want to check that if you want to save the 2000/-
