Gaming PC below 30k (Help config) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking for a gaming PC below 30k !!
Is AMD or Intel better for gaming and watching movies,
Either an x4 or i3-i5 depends on which is worth for my budget.
The budget should also incl. 21.5"-22" LCD TFT HD(1080) widescreen monitor
It should be able to run latest games and 2-4yrs down the line.

^^a better gpu is important and not a better cpu. gtx460 is way better than hd5770.
we also need a balance between cpu and gpu according to op's budget. also if i3 is what op needs to buy then athlon 635 is a the way to go. it is better in multitasking and a little slower in gaming..with gaming becoming more multithreaded in future 635 will yield better result.

well the price is exceeding even my max budget , but thx for the suggestion,
was thinking of a slightly lesser graphics,say the radeon 5770??
also was hoping to squeeze in the keyboard and mouse into the budget

will you do any future upgrades in this pc?? if yes then the psu is insufficient. cx400w will just handle this rig. so if you want to add additional hardware in future then get msi hd5770 @ 8.8k and spend 1k extra on corsair vx450w and something on a better mobo.

also if you want to add another 2gb ram in future then this psu will easily suffice.

also if you plan hd5770 then look for better mobos such as gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H @ 4.5k or MSI 880GMA E45 @ 5.6k or gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H @ 5.5k
