Front USB ports don't work if both used together

Hi. I'm facing a problem with my PC's front USB ports. If I insert two devices in both the ports, then neither device works. i know this is due to lack of available power, but what can be done to solve this problem?

It may be either the Cabinet's Front Panel cables or Motherboard, can't able to drive the amount of load.

Most probably its a Cabinet issue because usually Mobo headers gives enough power if needed.

So what should I do?
