Free Software like Norton Sytemworks

Can anybody suggest any freeware/ open source software which can do all the job that Norton Systemworks can do?

You may not get a free integrated suite that can do all the things as Systemworks, you can get many freeware that can tackle various jobs separately... Software like CCleaner help keep registry clean... You can use free defragging and system checking software to help keep harddisk in good health...
