"FM radio (not streaming net) software

Hi.
I have 2 PDAs Asus P527 and HTC P3400i. My asus pda has fm but the htc one does not have. I was planning to buy fm radio cable for htc. I thought of putting asus cable to the htc but the problem is that htc has only usb port.

(HTC p3400i comes with a earphone which connects to the usb port)

So I wanted to know
1) whether there is any fm cable available which connects to the usb port.
2) do u know of any fm radio software (i am not talking about streaming net )

FM is hardware based not software, so if your phone does not have FM u cant install any software to enable it. Only alternative is Internet radio.
