Yes, I have a internal tv tuner card and it also has a radio. You need to find this type of tv tuner cards.

No, I am talking about catching FM though internet. Fortunately I listen to only western music, so iTunes is perfect solution, because it catches mostly American & European channels. But unfortunately my mom only listens to stupid hindi songs, and these channels cannot be initialzied in iTunes. So is there any software through which i can catch indian channels through internet

There are tuner cards with FM, and online radio as well. Look for a hindi station on shoutcast, through winamp.
