I'm going to buy it tomorrow and the budget is 45k.

Please suggest any changes to the above mentioned config, keeping in mind the 45k limit.

some changes in price and better models recommendations

CM Elite 310--1500 -->CM elite 430 @ 2.5k
Seagate 1TB 7200.12 @2.7k
AMD Phenom II x4 955BE-->965 BE @ 6k(many of the guys reported issues with 955BE's HSF)

As suggested by in the previous post go with CM elite 430 rather than elite 310.

Otherwise its looks ok to me.
