Error 0x80040706

when i try to install google earth setup i get

Error Number: 0x80040706
Description: Obect Reference not set

Setup will now terminate


Well i googled it and got a patch for this on InstallShield Website and when i try to install that it shows me the same error.

I think Vishal Administrator does not have any special restriction on computer. I am trying to install it through Administrator then too message is same.
