I dont know whether you should take admission or not but you may check if it has UGC approval here : Private Universities - University Grants Commission

put yourself in employers shoes & think which candidate would you prefer:someone from an university in which admission is difficult to get based on marks/ranking or someone from an university in which anyone can get admission with money & just pass marks.

if you have the option of getting into a govt university & if that's not possible then some deemed university then leave it else your choice.
