download the video file

hai,
when i surf the net i can see the video files.but it is not downloadable.but we saw the video files,when we surfing the net only.is there anyway to download the video files in the internet?

Another option (Though not successful always)
In firefox
1)Tools -> Page Info
2) Media tab
3) See if theres any video format available. If yes, then click on it and save it.
