i am looking to register a .in domain however i have no experience with any indian domain seller.

Those who have experience of buying a domain from indian provider or any other provider of .in domain, please share your experience and recommend from your experience or from your friends experience as to why one is better.

bought a .in Domain Last year from rediff.com
Service is fine no problem
Last year it was a Complimentary Offer so cost me Rs. 200 only
this year it is Rs. 800
So Now I am going for .com domain

compared to .in domain
.co.in, .net.in & .ind.in are cheap & .com is the cheapest

yeah i know...and i have seen provider offering .com domain as "free" along with purchase of their webhosting plan for so and so period
and by the way as regard rediff domain..do you get the option to mask the registrant info?

yeah saw the price differential...
