can you do me one favor?

post a screenshot of whatever you are using to see the disk partitioning scheme.

or, if possible, boot into a linux live disk and run "gparted" software. i'd prefer a gparted screenshot, as its more easily understandable than its windows counterpart.

aftr deletng hp_tools i also have to reinstall windows?? or jst aftr dltng it and thn makng a basic disk is sufficient??

Nope, after deleting that partition, you will be able to do all the tasks which you're currently prohibited to do.
