rtings.com/monitor/tests/picture-quality/text-clarity

rtings.com/tv/learn/chroma-subsampling

Both are different & are important. Most TVs & monitors do support 4:4:4 at max resolution now w/o issues.

I am sure we don't have to worry about text clarity when it comes to monitors, but with TVs we got to be sure if they can display clear texts.

Gigabyte M27Q ver 1 had BGR sub-pixel layout, new QD OLED & OLED monitors also don't have normal RGB sub-pixel layout.

Easy no - not a regular monitor maker. Stick to LG, Samsung, Lenovo, Acer, BenQ, HP, or so.

We gotta check reviews and spec sheet, if it says BGR layout we gotta steer clear of that one. I don't know if we can find reviews of the all the models out there and the manufacturer would put everything down in the spec sheet. :Fingerx:

And some more from the actual users.

Thank a lot for all your help.

We have received following parts of the rig :

1Processor i5MD ComputesIntel i5-1350023,850.00
2MotherboardThe IT DepotMSI PRO B660M A Wifi14,805.00
3RAMMD Computes16x2 G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32GB (16GBx2) DDR4 3600MHz RGB10,300.00
4CoolerMD ComputesAK400 Zero Dark3,300.00
5MonitorAmazon.inSamsung 32" 4K31,000.00

I need suggestion on following parts:

1CabinetMD ComputesLian Li Dynamic O11 Air Mini9,999.00
2PSUMD ComputesAdata XPG Core Reactor 750 Watt SMPS 80 Plus Gold Certification Fully Modular PSU With Active PFC7,100.00

I left cabinet choice on my friend and he is planning to buy Lian Li O11 Air Mini for its aesthetics and air flow. This cabinet will be on his table for next five years and he want less RGB, cool looking Cabinet. I hope this is a good choice.
Regarding PSU, isn't 750W overkill? As suggested earlier, I think 650W is more than enough. He wants Fully Modular PSU to remove extra wires clutter.
Please give your suggestions about Cabinet and PSU.
Thanks !

750W is overkill but gives headroom for GPU, if he thinks of buying one. That XPG one is good.

Not much idea of cases like O11. Check Gamers Nexus review & other reviews.
