CPU & Processor Mini-itx Under 4.5K ?

Hello i would like to know a CPU+PROCESSOR = 4.5K

i was looking for D945GCLF2 but i am unable to find it in mumbai. Please provide contact information if it is avialble and rates too....


Can any one suggest me a piece like that
My needs are only a Low end HTPC and download rig...

You can either get an Atom based solution (for low power (as in electricity) usage) costing 3.5K for Atom 1.6GHz CPU + 945GC motherboard, or you can go for a powerful dual core setup, with nVidia GeForce 7050 chipset based motherboard for 2.1K and an AMD Athlon X2 4400+ CPU for 2.5K which can actually PLAY some games at low resolutions.

I can build a power Machine with AMD + GeForce7050 but will it be Mini-ATX ?

I really need a Mini itx Mobo because i will move the machine now and then....

^^do you have another PC ? if so, please KEEP SEARCHING for D945GCLF2. Paired with Transcend 2GB DDR2 667MHz RAM for 1.3K, it will be a killer looow power PC.

and yeah, 7050 SHOULD be available in Mini ITX. If not, get 780G along with Sempron 2.1GHz (added advantage of allowing smooth upgrade to Deneb after 6-9 months). If you underclock sempron to 1GHz, its should be below intel solution in power consuption.
