i am going to buy some cooling case fans.

i have made a list and want some insights on it.

my case fans have died and i wanted some high performance ones.(rig details in sig case is coolermaster atcs 840)
how are my choices?anyone using high speed fans please give some insight.
My sis will bring these items from us.

budget is not fixed but max around 150$
ya i need them cause the fans are super fast to decrease fan noise if required that's y i need the controller .grills r required because lose wires may get ripped to shred or my fingers gets cut etc.they r cheap around 1.25 each

Personally, I would stick with hydro over sleeve. Infact, better off avoiding sleeve bearings. There's also fluid dynamic bearing and ball bearing type you can take a look at, or else grab those corsair performance series fans.

custom fan grills will overshoot budget and my pc is dragon themed
gentle typhoons are gentle need monster
i also want to use 120 x 38 mm
nzxt touch screen cannot control those fans and i dont like the idea of touchscreen

Yeah I have one. Removeable blades. But they seem to operate like how sleeve does, considering you can see the shaft on the remove blade portion. They're noisy on high RPM.

actually i will use controller so that is not a worry i want high speed bcoz used those coolermaster led fans and they suck big time.did not use excaliber but i doubt it will push so much air thats y i opted for 38mm since my case is huge and have enough space.
please suggest fast as i am gonna buy within the next hour.

Why use controller? Those fans are pwm's and can be controlled through software.
