Hey DiGitian,
Before posting this i have searched on web and even in the diGit itself, but couldn't find any thing which would have been worked for me.
The problem is that i am having a cell phone whose internal memory is just 50Kbs (which really sucks) & i plugged my cellphone in my PC and Get it formatted by windows formatter which changes it's file system to FAT.
I know that my phone supports only FAT32, so now it's not showing my phone memory in the cellphone and due to this music player in my cellphone is not opening, i can only play my song list via memory card which really sucks!
Also i used SD formatter and HP USB format tool, they both are not working.

I was hoping to get a nice solution from you DiGitians.
Thanks

I believe Windows 7 would give you the option of choosing Fat or Fat32 formats...

@OP: after connecting your phone to PC through Data cable.
right click onyour device which appear in my computer.
then click on format after that the dialogue box appear in which select
File system as FAT32.
click on start.
after format complete your phone memory will be in FAT32 file system.

Yeah for sure.
Company: Maxx Mobile (Made in India)
Model: MT105
Base: MAUI
Internal Memory: 50KB (this is what it shows when i purchased it).

I think this info is enough, but if you want more info about it tell me!
Thanks!

@xanubhavx: have you tried to format it on friends PC where windows 7 installed.

other way: If your mobile has Restore factory setting option then try it as well.

[In Nokia mobile there are two option Restore setting only & Restore all.
Restore setting only:Restore setting only.
Restore all:Restore setting & delete all data also.]

I haven't tried formatting in Windows 7 yet, I will convey the results as soon as i get it formatted in Win 7..
And Restoring factory setting doesn't help at all.

Thanks.

Is it the phone memory or the SD card which got formatted ?

I tried it last day, but even then i am unable to do so.! yeah i can Reformat it in FAT..
btw it allows me to format it but not in FAT32 format (Just showing FAT), which my cellphone supports!
Thanks

@xanubhavx:
Download CVT tool from following link.
CVT

After downloading copy that EXE file to your UTI folder.
(i.e C:\Documents and settings\UTI)

Go to command prompt.
Type "cvt %drive%" where %drive% is the drive letter assigned to the phone memory which you have to format to FAT32.press Enter.

Try changing the default allocation size to something else and see if fat32 appears.
