confusion in buying a laptop(around 27kk)? should i buy now or wait for diwali discounts?

Hi friends please help me in deciding the laptop under 27k.

i am really confused about the laptops ..



i want a laptop with minimum i3 processor and 320GB min

how about samsung NP-RV509-A0CIN

i would reallly like to know the servicing of samsung products.because any my friends dont have samsung laptops..
