5.also suggest a good cooling kit within 1.5k

Maultitasking isnt aided by GPU.It depends on proccy and X6 is best fro that.

Go for this
Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz @ 9.5k
Biostar TA78G3 HD @ 4.1k (you will need to do a bios update for that board to support X6) so you have to put another proccy to do the bios update.)
For X6, 8** series boards are recommended if you have the budget.
Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333 @ 2.9k
Sapphire HD 5670 512MB @ 5.3k better than both the cards mentioned.
