Previously I used stream box ripper software. I guess its not available anymore.. or its not a freeware (no idea). check it out... easy, simple program.

But, windows media player 11 has an inbuilt conversion from cda to mp3?? doesn't it??

CDA files can't be just copied and played. They need to be ripped. Windows Media Player 11 and Real Player 11 will be able to rip them.

While ripping you can choose the format to which you want to rip: mp3, wma or anything else

are yaar just google for audio CD to mp3 conversion s/w.............or u can use nero(wave editor) if you have it..........
