Cannot update my phone

I have a XOLO Q1010i not rooted running on Android 4.4.2. Yesterday it showed a "new update available" in the notification bar but when I opened it, it checked for updates and didn't show any update.
Now every time I try to check for updates from the "about phone" section, the phone just shows checking for updates and then shows the same screen again where I first tap to check for updates.
Please help me with this. Thanks in advance

It is surely fault from Xolo.Just wait for some days try to update again.

Well, have you tried talking with the support people about this one ?? I am sure there might be some error with their which is making things like .... try giving them a call about the update !
