can u have a tv tuner in a laptop

obviously, you can only use external tv tuner cards.

There are two options when it comes to tvtuner cards, one is the usb 2.0 based and the other is a PCMCIA card. Descent ones in both versions come at a price of 4k

yes ... use external TV tuner but check out as they are known to drain down ur battery much faster.... external wil cost arnd 2.5 k and decent ones cost arnd 5k
