C# Compiler For win98

guys i desperatly need a c# compiler for my 98 system
a one which runs independently without .Net will be cool!!

you can run the apps on 98/ME/NT4/2K/XP, but you need NT4/2K/XP as a development platform. Windows 95 wont be supported either as a development platform or as a target platform

I am not sure abt this but check by installing .NET framework and then try installing SharpDevelop, it just my guess. And
