Right off the assembly line
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Games like Crysis, NFS series, Tom clancy's series, GTA, applications like Cry Engine sandbox. Occasional HD video watching.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:20~25k Can extend to a max of 30K.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Yes, but only after two years or so when the performance seems low...

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 7/Win 8 (Dual Boot)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:150Gb. Will an SSD be available 120~160GB in my budget?

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:NO. Already have a viewsonic. Max resolution:1280X1024 17 inches. 4:3 aspect ratio.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:planning on only buying the cabinet+everything in it. Reusing monitor, keyboard and mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:In a week.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:It will be done by myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Hyderabad, yes, buying at sec'bad, CTC. Open to online shopping too.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:A low power consuming PC is essential. A CPU of a max 65W TDP only. Preferably a fanless design MOBO or cabinet? With good cooling features, looking for heat pipe technology if available like F2A85V_PRO. Can take the budget up to a max of 30k if a good config is available. The game designing i do supports AMD apu accelaration, so a AMD+ATI config would be appreciated, but is there similar accelaration in the Intel+Nvidia?
