Burning ISO files on single DVD - Fedora

I have 4 ISO files of Fedora Core 4 that were made available on one of the Digit DVDs.

Is there any way they can be cut on a single DVD rather than creating 4 Install CDs?
i.e. would like to create a single DVD setup disk for Fedora.

but this is for fedora core 5 ...may be its of sum help
