Booting issue after updation

I updated my phone(nexus 4) to lollipop yesterday through OTA updates.But something happened and now my phone isn't booting up...Its stuck @ the starting logo and doesnt proceed :/.... So please help guys

check xda. most probably its soft bricked.

Flash stock images.... Use Nexus Root Toolkit...

Well, i would say you may need to reflash the stock ROM manually over your device it may have soft bricked head over to the XDA I am sure you can find something about this one over there !
