Best Way to create Win2000 Bootable CD

I have to create a bootable CD to repair my win2000 installation. I have the dump of the win2k and SP4. HOw do i go about creating the boot disk.
Secondly if i connect my infected Hard drive to another PC for virus cleaning is there a chance of that PC being infected ??

1.) Use nLite, the BEST s/w for this job.
2.) Nope! Attach ur HDD into other PC and then boot the computer using the other PC HDD and not urs, then there will be no chance for the infection.
