which is the best suited phone with good camera. (25 - 28 K)
big battery is suitable.

Primary use: photography + surfing

S4 ... ? I read some comments about low battery. Thats why I did not include in my list...

S4 has good battery life & camera is good too....

Lumia 925/920 have better camera though
