Best 3G i3 Laptop

Hi guys. My friend got some money and he want a good 3G intel i3 laptop.
Please help me with identifying a laptop with these considerations.

1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
35K-38k INR


2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?

Thin and Light; 12" - 14" screen
Mainstream; 15" screen

3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: Dell,HP,Samsung.Acer,Sony
b. Dislike: None

4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
General Computing , excel, Browsing and gaming (not @ high settings)

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
Matte
6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)
OS Doesn't matter. Local purchase.

1.The Laptop should have a good battery life (when not game at least)
2. The Laptop will be used for hours in a Lap or bed so there should not be a heating issues.
3. If possible, matte display.
4. Numpad is necessary.
5. Rejected Dell 15R 5520

Tell me one more thing which website have more accurate laptop reviews ?

Right off the assembly line
According to me this is one of the best:
Samsung NP300E5V-S02IN Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3 (3120M)/ 4GB/ 750GB/ DOS/ 1GB AMD Radeon™ HD 8750M Graphics). Cost Rs.34197.

Its has more advance processor and better graphic card compared to the rest and comes cheap as well, the only disadvantage is no 3.0 USB but it is not a big worry to me as i don't use any 3.0 Devices yet.

Yup i3 + 8750m at that price looks like a steal deal! O suppose 8750m should perform closer to gt 640m correct me if am wrong and powered consumption will be less or similar compared to 7670m!

Yup that's right power comsumption will be less in comparison to 7670m.
