Autopatcher --> STOP: c0000269 {Illegal System DLL Relocation} **help**

I've windows XP PRO SP2, whenever i install autopatcher 5.1 of any month of this year. After completing installation of AUTOPATCHER when i restart my pc, it gives this ERROR message:

STOP: c0000269 {Illegal System DLL Relocation}
The system Kernel.dll was relocated in memory.The app will not run properly.

The relocation occured ecause the DLL C:\windows\system32\GDI32.DLL occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs vendor supplying the DLLs hou %s %s.

How can i solve this problem?? and why i get this error message? Even my frnd's pc has same problem. I've latest autopatcher of August2006.
After repairing it solves my problem!! But is it necessary to repair always after installation of autopatcher???
