apart from the fact that the Samsung NP350V5C-S06IN gives an OS all the other specs between the two are the same.But i am slightly inclined towards the Asus coz of the graphics card.But i want a final word.

The GPU in the Samsung model is slightly(very slightly) better, but asus has better build quality.

Sry i should have added this before, i've heard that the nvidia gt630m is a better gaming card than the AMD readom HD 7670 hence i am inclined towards the Asus .Also i agree that the AMD here is better, but is it better for gaming

getting a 7670M or a GT630M equipped laptop at 50k+ budget is a really bad decision. check if you can find this laptop locally with Windows 7 (the discontinued model). With Windows 7 it'll cost you 50-55k.
