Any software to automatically turn on pc

My problem is that here in my area power cuts are very frequent( after every hour). I have APC UPS and APC Power Chute Software to automatically shutdown my pc after there s no power. Is there any way(software) by pc will automatically turn on after main power is restored as i can't wake up n turn on my pc in night in case of downloads

Plz help ????????????????

Instead of turning off, if you hibernate your system, then there are softwares available to turn on your computer at predefined time.

google for "Auto Power-on & Shut-down" & download tht. follow the instructions

or u may use the scheduled tasks in accessories>systemtools.
schedule the program & in options check the 'wake computer' box.
