Sony Xperia Ion getting for Rs. 21,900 at ebay
Sony Xperia S gettting fro Rs. 20,200 at ebay

should have ICS or ICS+ version, lag free processing.
And good warranty.

I would not suggest going for Xperia Ion.
You can consider buying either Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S or HTC Desire VC.

@ankitmahindru ,no hard feelings but are you out of your mind ??? suggesting an Arc S / Desire VC over an Ion/Xperia S ???
And @op that price seems fishy.There must be soms loopholes.Maybe its being sold without bill.

Ion is a good option but at that price you will not get manufacturer warranty.
