Android Phone or Android Tablet

Hey all,
I need to buy a phone in october or november i am fed up of buying nokia phones and want to try android here are my specs dat i want in my phone

  • Touchscreen
  • 3g+dual camera for video calls
  • nice os (prefferably android)
  • should come under 8k(maybe can extend to 10k)
i am wondering if i buy a tablet instead please help me out guys

If you are planning to purchase a phone, where does a tablet come in picture? A tablet cannot make calls. It is for those who already have a phone! Or if you want to purchase a tablet to get a taste of Android then you will be stuck with sucky Nokia!

Spice has launched 2 tablets too Mi 410 and Mi 700. I have no clue about the prices though.
