No such if the product is good and good after sales service

Decent front and back camera. Good to have flash as well.
6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).
Must be Android
7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready).
4G not required
8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)?
Call, Text, Facebook, WhatsApp
9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?
Not yet but kept Redmi 3S out due to hybrid SIM slot
10. Any other info that you want to share
Hybrid SIM slot phones are not preferred but might consider them as well

Currently I am confused between Lenovo Vibe P1m and Vibe K5 plus (2GB)
Any suggestion guys?

My dad and office colleague is using vibe p1m. Very good phone at that budget.

Thanks. However I just ordered K5 plus from FK.
P1m available in white only in FK. And in Amazon it is priced very high.

How why don't you consider Mi Redmi 3s
Its not available. Also it have hybrid sim slot.

just got news moto e3 is launching on September 19. Should I cancel the order and wait for it?

Yes I also felt the same after reading some details on moto e3.
Received the device today. So far its good. Not bloated like Samsung. Few pre installed apps were there and most of them can be uninstalled.
The phone is quite responsive and I feel like for Rs. 7199 it is quite good.

According to this site Reliance Jio 4G VoLTE Supported Phones [Updated it is supported.
