I want to upgrade my AMD processor.
I am using 780g chipset Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H.
I am thinking to go for athlon 64 x2 5200 proc.
I am also interersted in over clocking.
so which one is better one.
1) 5200+ windsor(90nm).2.6ghz {2mb l2 cache}
2) 5200+ brisbane(65nm).2.7ghz{1mb l2 cache}
3) 5200B (business edition) brisbane(65nm).2.7ghz.{1mb l2 cache}

I need stability and performance.so what you guys would recommend.

Amd 2.6 windsor have performance advantage over 2.7ghz Brisbane.
but power consumption is more for windsor=89w, brisbane=65w.
if you r going to overclock choose Brisbane,or Amd 5000black edition
which can be overclocked easily to get performance equal to or more than Core 2 duo 6550.
Also keep in mind that amd 2.6ghz processor needs to be overclocked a little to 2.7ghz for ur ram to work in full speed.
