partitions

i have installed redhat 9.0 linux on my pc but now , i don't know how the mount the other partitions of my harddisk, if any body knows plz help.........

I've one partition with 20gb space of which 19gb is used.The next partition i am having has 60gb space of which 20gb is used.I want to increase my 20 gb partition to 30gb.I ve tried using partition magic.but after its partitioninig the space of the hardrive is not increasing...wot i should do...
