downloading streaming video is tricky one can't guarantee 100% in downloading a streaming video however a few tools will download most of the streaming videos.
most of the streaming videos in internet are flash type(either .swf or .flv)

the thing here is streaming audio, and there are different techniques available to get the streaming audio but not all are reliable. so i offer you to record the streaming audio by using

those images can't be recovered since the location where images stored might have been overwritten by other files that you have saved in the same drive. file recovery softwares recover files only when they are in good condition(shouldn't have been overwritten by other files)
