I had the same problem with deluge on my linux box.
Turned out the problem was the router rather than the connection. Do you use their Beetel staple router? If yes..try limiting number of connections in utorrent. That slightly reduces the speed but stabilizes the connection.
try running the python shell and the command
'import py2exe'
if it executes succesfully that means the module is installed..if it gives an error try reinstalling.

People want an option between Unity and Gnome at install time? Makes no sense to me. AFAIK Ubuntu lets you chose either the Classic/Unity interface after you have installed.
And from what I've gathered Unity is BUILT ON TOP of Gnome only utilising Compiz...

I've been to three institutes. And honestly none of them were upto the mark. If you are dedicated the internet is all you need along with a good book.
If I'd still have to take a pick i'd say NIIT over the others because it was 'less' bad.

While starting off with a text editor is always good. I do suggest you move onto a full fledged IDE(Netbeans, Eclipse etc.) once you have considerable command over the language.
