There is a removable slot. So even 32GB + 8GB is viable. Using non-equal RAM sizes are bad for RAM sensitive applications like gaming, mostly unaffected in most productivity applications AFAIK.
Means,If I install a single stick of 16GB DDR4,making the total RAM size as 24GB,is that possible?
I mean, will the Laptop boot up,due to the 24GB scenario?

Laptops are different, certain laptops have bios/firmware limitation making them unable to boot with more than specified max ram limit.
So,what is your suggestion?
Shall i replace the 8GB RAM module by a 16GB stick,or keep it as it is?

Do you need it, that's the most important thing to consider?

May or may not occur that's why the question above.
Already purchased (CRUCIAL-16GB RAM Stick) replaced with the original SAMSUNG 8GB RAM Stick(removable) and increased the RAM capacity to 24GB.
Accepted and verified by BIOS, System,...Windows, Linux.
AMD Ryzen -(Radeon Graphics 512SP mobile) iGPU has been allocated 512MB of System Memory.

Windows working flawlessly.

I am not a GAMER anyways...
