best gaming smartphone Windows/Android under 15000

it has 720p resolution taxing the gpu more and hence slower in gaming

xperia m and xperia l are best under 15k with warranty because of low resolution

LG optimus g under 15k without warranty

Moto G is good but not that good as per my needs! Its performance is good enough to play most of games but does not have SD card support! I will have to store all Pics, Videos, docs and other media files alongwith 16 GB space provided minus OS installation space.

If i can root Xperia L, i will be able to store my apps on SD card.
Now one question: Why Canvas Magnus can allow apps to be stored on sd card while it runs Android 4.2.x?
While Xperia cannot acheive this without root in v4.1.x?
