Hello all.

I own a pair of Sennheiser CX 180 which I bought last November.

Around 4 days back I had emailed Sennheiser asking for Ear buds for my CX 180 as I had lost two pairs and the one which I was using was damaged.

And got this reply-

and just now I received my Earbuds through Courier in a neatly packed envelope.

A huge thanks to them :D

Impressed by this quick and prompt service :)

If it is applicable for other models that are a year old..

My Sennheiser PMX 60 headset had lost the ear buds..

They replaced my old cx-180 with newer model cx-180 street II and now it's sound a lot better.

Why did you have it replaced? Any problem, or just for the heck of it? :D

If I remember correctly, my CX180 is yet to see it's first birthday. Will I get new eartips if I write to them ( I lost one set during my Coorg trip :( ) ?
