Z87 - i7 4790k Compatibility

I have Purchased a New
i7 System this year January

Z87 Motherboard (Asus Z87 Pro)
+
i7 4770k

Now i am thinking of Selling the i7 4770k and buying the i7 4790k

MY Questions:

1.Will Asus Z87 Pro - Support i7 4790k ?
2.At what Price Maximum , i can sell my i7 4770k?
3.Where can i sell ? (Websites)

And

The i7 4790K is a Devil's Canyon processor (Haswell Refresh) which is a Z97/H97 processor.

Haswell Refresh CPUs are not backwards compatible with Z87/H87 chipset boards.

I think they could work with a BIOS update but I am not sure.

Yes they work with BIOS Update , just checked

No benefit from that upgrade really. Just a waste of money.
